Order Management Specialist (f/m/d)
Location Warsaw, Mazovia, Poland Date posted February 26, 2026 Job ID 21411- Process all sales orders and invoices accurately and on time by regularly maintaining data in SAP,
- Quickly find and fix any order errors by working closely with internal teams to prevent future problems,
- Oversee billing to ensure invoices and proforma invoices are accurate and sent on time, maintaining financial accuracy and customer satisfaction,
- Check and correct any mistakes or differences in orders and data during maintenance tasks, and communicate clearly with all involved to solve issues quickly,
- Always perform tasks with attention to detail and efficiency,
- Organize and prioritize your work to meet deadline,
- Work well with colleagues, teams, and managers to improve workflow and complete tasks smoothly,
- Regularly achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the company’s success.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or a similar position,
- Good English and Polish communication skills (minimum B2 level),
- Experience in order processing using SAP or a similar system,
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical abilities,
- Time management skills with the ability to work with accuracy and minimum supervision,
- Communication skills, high personal culture,
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and SharePoint.
