Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As Order Management Specialist you will be responsible for the processing sales orders for our internal sales teams, located in 6 countries.

Your responsibilities

Process all sales orders and invoices accurately and on time by regularly maintaining data in SAP,
Quickly find and fix any order errors by working closely with internal teams to prevent future problems,
Oversee billing to ensure invoices and proforma invoices are accurate and sent on time, maintaining financial accuracy and customer satisfaction,
Check and correct any mistakes or differences in orders and data during maintenance tasks, and communicate clearly with all involved to solve issues quickly,
Always perform tasks with attention to detail and efficiency,
Organize and prioritize your work to meet deadline,
Work well with colleagues, teams, and managers to improve workflow and complete tasks smoothly,
Regularly achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the company’s success.

What You Need to Succeed

Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or a similar position,
Good English and Polish communication skills (minimum B2 level),
Experience in order processing using SAP or a similar system,
Strong attention to detail and good analytical abilities,
Time management skills with the ability to work with accuracy and minimum supervision,
Communication skills, high personal culture,
Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and SharePoint.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:

CV selection – we contact selected candidates
Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
Initial interview with the Manager (videoconference)
F2F meeting in Warsaw office combined with video conference with other stakeholders. To be confirmed if we will manage that with one meeting or will split for shorter slots.
