Order Management Specialist (f/m/d)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As Order Management Specialist you will be responsible for the processing sales orders for our internal sales teams, located in 6 countries.

Your responsibilities
  • Process all sales orders and invoices accurately and on time by regularly maintaining data in SAP,
  • Quickly find and fix any order errors by working closely with internal teams to prevent future problems,
  • Oversee billing to ensure invoices and proforma invoices are accurate and sent on time, maintaining financial accuracy and customer satisfaction,
  • Check and correct any mistakes or differences in orders and data during maintenance tasks, and communicate clearly with all involved to solve issues quickly,
  • Always perform tasks with attention to detail and efficiency,
  • Organize and prioritize your work to meet deadline,
  • Work well with colleagues, teams, and managers to improve workflow and complete tasks smoothly,
  • Regularly achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the company’s success.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or a similar position,
  • Good English and Polish communication skills (minimum B2 level),
  • Experience in order processing using SAP or a similar system,
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical abilities,
  • Time management skills with the ability to work with accuracy and minimum supervision,
  • Communication skills, high personal culture,
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and SharePoint.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
  • CV selection – we contact selected candidates
  • Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
  • Initial interview with the Manager (videoconference)
  • F2F meeting in Warsaw office combined with video conference with other stakeholders. To be confirmed if we will manage that with one meeting or will split for shorter slots.
