Team Lead Requirements Engineering
Location Nänikon, Canton of Zurich Date posted December 30, 2024 Job ID 16948- You lead the Requirements Engineering Team: develop individual team members; foster a positive team-spirit, align organization and stakeholders; continuously develop and optimize the RE processes and tools
- You contribute as Requirements Engineer in development projects
- You are in charge of requirements elicitation, structuring and documentation, in order to translate product ideas into clear SW & HW requirements that are the basis for implementation, testing and documentation
- Furthermore, you will ensure efficient and effective collaboration as well as know-how transfer between different Product Groups, Product Managers and R&D
- The implementation of best practices and the moderation of workshops and reviews belong also to your area of responsibility
- You visualize concepts and ideas, and develop the basis for decision-making
- You have a bachelor or master’s degree in a scientific, engineering or computer science discipline, and relevant working experience in RE
- You gained at least 2-3 years of leadership experience, people development and managing projects or initiatives
- Solid background in requirements engineering, experience in SW application and product development as well as process development are key
- Preferably experienced in the laboratory environment combined with knowledge of the high-tech manufacturing industry
- A quick grasp as well as a distinctive conceptual and analytical thinking
- You are a networker with excellent interpersonal skills, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate cross-culturally with colleagues, team members and customers around the world in English and German
