Regional Sales Manager
Location Massachusetts, United States; New Jersey, United States; New York, United States Date posted September 22, 2026 Job ID 23270 Pay Range $108,000 to $118,000 base + commission- Grow sales through new business development and expansion of existing accounts.
- Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners.
- Lead and develop distributor sales teams to maximize regional performance.
- Execute territory and account growth strategies.
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM activities.
- Represent Pendotech at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Expanding Pendotech's presence within key bioprocessing markets.
- Building high-performing distributor partnerships.
- Creating long-term customer relationships that drive sustainable growth.
- Bachelor's degree required; Life Sciences background preferred
- Sales experience in laboratory, scientific, industrial, or education markets
- Strong understanding of the bioprocessing industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence others, and work collaboratively Experience with CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce) and MS Office
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
