Inside Sales Specialist

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Specialist, Product Inspection Parts you will be responsible for managing parts sales activities for direct customers, and internal stakeholders throughout Canada. You will provide sales and technical support for Product Inspection spare and replacement parts, from identifying customer requirements and researching parts to preparing quotations and closing sales. Additional responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming demand such as phone calls, emails, leads, service requests, and website inquiries with quality, urgency, and timely follow-up.
  • Support customers and field sales teams by providing assistance with product inquiries, parts identification, quotations, order status, invoicing, returns, and issue resolution.
  • Research and identify replacement and spare parts for Product Inspection equipment
  • Prepare accurate and timely parts quotations and proactively follow up to maximize quote-to-order conversion.
  • Manage the complete inside sales cycle for Product Inspection parts opportunities from inquiry through order closure.
  • Identify and develop cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the installed customer base to generate qualified leads for products, services, upgrades, and preventive maintenance offerings.
  • Qualify, nurture, and route leads to the appropriate sales channel while maintaining ownership of customer communication throughout the process.
  • Actively drive revenue growth through planned sales activities, outbound customer outreach, quotation follow-up, and promotional campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Sales Engineers, Service Technicians, Field Sales Representatives, and key customer contacts.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Engineering, Production, Operations, and Order Management teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Product Inspection equipment, applications, spare parts offerings, and customer processes.
  • Develop and maintain proficiency in internal systems including SAP, CRM, and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity by validating and updating customer information, installed base records, opportunities, and sales activities.
What You Need to Succeed
  • College diploma or university degree in Business, Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of inside sales, customer service, technical support, or parts sales experience.
  • Experience preparing quotations and managing customer accounts.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret engineering drawings and product documentation.
  • Bilingual (English/French) may be required
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
