Sales Support Representative - Bilingual

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Representative for our Laboratory Division, you will play a critical role in driving growth and enabling the success of our Field Sales Organization. This position combines proactive business development, customer relationship management, and sales support activities to maximize customer engagement and sales productivity.
In this role, you will serve as both a trusted partner to our Field Sales Representatives and a direct point of contact for customers. You will manage inbound customer inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities while also taking a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, scheduling customer meetings, and maintaining engagement with key accounts.
You will independently manage lower-complexity sales opportunities from qualification through close. Through regular customer outreach, appointment setting, relationship management, and lead development activities, you will help expand market coverage and create new opportunities for growth. Additional Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound customer requests received through phone, email, website inquiries, and service channels with a strong focus on responsiveness, quality, and follow-through.
  • Qualify, nurture, and manage sales leads, providing quotation support and opportunity management to maximize Field Sales Representative productivity.
  • Manage and close designated low-value and transactional sales opportunities with limited Field Sales involvement.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support, and Contract Administration teams to resolve customer issues and support business growth.
  • Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and activity records within the CRM system to support forecasting, pipeline visibility, and business planning.
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting, customer outreach, and appointment-setting activities.
  • Schedule introductory meetings and customer visits for Field Sales Representatives, helping expand customer engagement and improve territory coverage.
  • Maintain regular contact with strategic and high-value customers to strengthen relationships, coordinate site visits, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
This position is a replacement within our company.

What You Need to Succeed
A Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or an Associate’s degree in science or engineering with two to three years of any combination of customer service, sales, call center or related experience
Must be a bilingual in French and English 
A confirmed ability and technical acumen to learn about our products and/or services
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
