- Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Using Boolean searches and other advanced sourcing techniques to find niche talent.
- Market Research: providing insights on talent availability, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Researching industry developments and salary benchmarks to inform the hiring strategy.
- Candidate Screening (Initial Stages): Screening candidates based on their profiles and resumes.
- Conducting preliminary outreach (cold emails/messages) to assess candidate interest.
- Talent Mapping: mapping out organizational structures of competitors and industries.
- Developing reports on where to find talent, particularly for hard-to-fill or specialized roles.
- Data Management: maintaining a database of sourced candidates for current and future hiring.
- Tracking sourcing efforts, conversion rates, and other KPIs related to the top-of-funnel activity.
- Previous experience as a researcher in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- A passion for research and effective communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a diplomatic approach.
- Team player who is dynamic and well-organized.
- Discreet, as the role involves handling sensitive HR data.
