Support Engineer Professional

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
The Support Engineer Professional will be responsible for providing technical support for software applications used in production processes. This involves troubleshooting and resolving issues, assisting with software testing, providing pre-sales support, and helping to implement and configure systems for customer projects. The role also includes training customers and market organizations, documenting technical issues and solutions, and collaborating with Product Managers and R&D teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for designated applications.
  • Document support cases and create knowledge base articles.
  • Assist in software testing and provide pre-sales support.
  • Support the implementation of applications in customer projects both on-site and remotely.
  • Train customers and market organizations.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and R&D for software development and customer support cases.
What You Need to Succeed
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar technical support or engineering role.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of software installation and maintenance related to production processes.
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
  • Technical expertise in areas such as TCP/IP networking, databases (especially MS SQL), Windows Server OS, virtualization, and web services.
  • Experience with container-based systems (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure).
  • Understanding of large-scale distributed systems and microservices.
  • Basic knowledge of computer system validation.
