Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will ensure the proper delivery of internal SAP implementation topics for specific template enhancement initiatives.

Scrum Master role in our company, is a combination of 2 areas: 
✔️ SAFe Scrum Master duties (including coaching team members on Agile methodologies though the transformation times), as well as 
✔️ Supporting teams within technical aspects related to release and cutover management (being engaged in technical aspects of delivery like transport management, technical cutovers, etc).

You will also be leading a scrum team and cooperating with Product Owner to deliver quality deliverables of a high business value. 

Ultimately, you’ll help create friendly, streamlined working environment for our product teams.

Your tasks (in details )
  • Guide the delivery team on how to use the relevant agile practices and methodology based on the context of the situation with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
  • Oversee delivery and coach the team; facilitate transparency, inspection and adaption.
  • Help the team to “fail fast” using data to build learning. You will be an active participant and facilitator of important team activities retrospectives)
  • Nurture and inspire the team to take responsibility for their delivery process and the outcomes they deliver.
  • Create a supportive and trusting environment to support full team engagement. Foster close cooperation and communication across all team members; encourage cross-training and team support.
  • Manage interdependencies between delivery teams (Internal and External).
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to support short and long-term planning and to prioritize deliverables on an ongoing basis.
  • Define team objectives and key results (OKR’s), oversee delivery against these and team KPI’s, hold the team accountable for achieving, taking required action to drive team performance.
  • Anticipate and address potential or actual impediments to team delivery and shield the team from external interference to enable optimal functionality and productivity.
  • Evolve agile and lean techniques through the practice of continuous improvement.
What You Need to Succeed
  • At least 1 year of experience gained as Scrum Master; 
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), being used to communicating in business English, as well to work with variety of different nationalities;
  • Knowledge of: 
    • ERP system (eg. SAP implementation, transport management and cutover experience),
    • PI Planning,
    • LEAN management,
    • Practical knowledge of SAFe;
  • Open and trustworthy personality – can easily communicate to different seniority levels;
  • Change and conflict management skills; 
  • Attention to detail, shows initiative and follows-through;
That will be your asset: 
  • CSM/PSM/CLP certification.
Please be informed that the first 3 months (probationary period) you should be prepared for work from the office, we want to provide the proper onboarding and want you to get to know the team. :-)
