IT Project Manager

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
In this role, the IT Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the Program Manager to build and maintain the project roadmap for a custom application development team that consists of several small Agile Scrum teams. In this role, the Project Coordinator will be responsible to align with Product Owners, Key Project Stakeholders, and the team’s Program Manager to monitor project status, plan and communicate milestones and deadlines, and to facilitate the handling of escalations. 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for IT enhancements supporting service technicians. 
  • Coordinate project timelines 
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues. 
  • Create and maintain project documentation and reports. 
  • Derive project management framework to ensure a consistent monitoring and controlling process across all streams 
  • Support Product Manager in defining roadmap for the entire portfolio
What You Need to Succeed
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in IT or a service-oriented environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems and their application in service operations. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). 
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Tools (MS Project, MS SQL) are a plus.
