LabX Technical Support Specialist (1st and 2nd Line Support)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As a LabX Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting European and Asian internal customers (MO's) and external customers (end customers) with LabX software.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide chat, email and phone support to end-users, sales personnel and other LAB colleagues on LabX Software,
  • Troubleshooting,
  • Installing and updating system,
  • Document and communicate quality issues to the appropriate teams, and facilitate resolutions for our customers,
  • System requirement & instrument connectivity,
  • Creation, extension and maintenance of knowledge database,
  • Creating E-Learnings and videos.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Experience in technical support,
  • Experience working with business customers (Empathy and finding solutions mindset),
  • Active interest in IT and software.
Knowledge of:
  • Windows Server/Client Operating Systems, 
  • Microsoft SQL Server databases,
  • Microsoft Networking Fundamentals,
  • Microsoft Active Directory/LDAP,
  • Cloud-based solutions,
  • Fluent communication in English (oral and written, C1).
