eCommerce Operations Specialist

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As a member of our eCommerce Team, you will participate in the development of our customized eCommerce Platforms for our Business Customers from all around the world. You will support the maintenance of the platform and adjust the view and accessibility for end-users customers. 

Your tasks:
  • Act as 1st level support to the business (eg. Content management, activation of features, pricing elements update, product information update, execution of cronjobs, generation of basic reports).
  • Manage day-to-day activities in JIRA.
  • Configurate Console maintenance (Back-Office).
  • Cooperate with Global eCommerce Team during implementation in design and validation of the business requirements, Portal development (preparing data and content of new Portals).
  • Execute testing activities as per current needs (UAT, RGR).
  • Provide basic training to key users of the system.
  • Provide cross system data synchronization.
You will be doing those tasks in Agile framework.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Experience in e-commerce application/customer support or in a related business (min. 1 year).
  • Experience with content management (building content pages).
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Basic HTML knowledge.
  • Curiosity and willingness to grow in an e-commerce business.
  • Experience with JIRA, SAP Commerce, SNow, FileZilla, Notepad ++ or Visual Studio Code would be an advantage.
  • Soft skills:  
    • Customer orientation and excellent communications skills.
    • Well-developed interpersonal skills, customer-orientation and ability to work in a team (remote and multinational).
    • Attention to detail, open mind and precision.
    • Flexibility and ability to adjust to changing priorities.
