SCM Business Transformation Specialist
Location Warsaw, Mazovia Date posted October 22, 2024 Job ID 17318- Conduct as-is analysis, identifying business and functional gaps for projects.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on templates and processes, facilitating cross-functional integration.
- Drive template roll-ins for global process alignment, ensuring adherence.
- Communicate Blue Ocean mission and vision to business units.
- Find optimal template solutions, avoiding local adaptations, and document user requirements.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and IT teams; maintain process documentation.
- Apply Blue Ocean methodology and manage Data Governance during roll-ins.
- Monitor project KPIs and risks to ensure day 1 readiness and smooth go-live.
- Manage local key user teams and guide them through implementation.
- Build ownership among key users by sharing best practices and facilitating exchange.
- Ensure transparency and mitigate post-go-live risks to operations.
- Understand critical business needs for go-live and provide change coaching.
- Conduct change impact assessments and define actions with key users.
- Lead organization design sessions and ensure readiness through training and workshops.
- Facilitate smooth transitions with minimal disruptions.
- Prepare units for Blue Ocean implementation by ensuring data and business readiness.
- Drive data cleansing and ensure high-quality master data before roll-in.
- Analyze as-is processes, focusing on significant template and business gaps.
- Experience in working on international transformation projects for big corporations.
- Knowledge of SAP (SCM module).
- Knowledge of procurement processes in SAP.
- Project Management experience and strong business process knowledge.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills.
- Well-experienced working in a matrixed organization across borders, cultures, and time zones.
- Personal credibility to mobilize and energize people around common goals.
- Fluent English.
- Problem-Solving skills.
- Pro-activeness, strong customer orientation and hands-on mentality.
- Willingness to international travel (max. 50%).
