Engineer- Electronics – Embedded Sensor Solutions
Location Urdorf, Canton of Zurich, Switzerland Date posted October 24, 2025 Job ID 20503- You design and develop hardware components for embedded sensor systems
- You design, implement, and test embedded software modules
- You collaborate closely with software and system engineers to ensure seamless integration
- You conduct feasibility studies, prototyping, and testing of sensor hardware
- You optimize hardware and software design for performance, power consumption, and cost
- You support product verification, validation, debugging, and documentation
- You possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- You have experience in embedded hardware design, particularly involving sensor technologies.
- A strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design is essential, along with familiarity with PCB design and layout tools.
- Additionally, you must demonstrate a solid understanding of embedded systems development and related communication protocols, backed by proven programming skills in C/C++.
- Experience in Linux kernel architecture is highly desired, and knowledge of FPGA design and programming is a plus.
- Furthermore, you are fluent in English, and German is a huge advantage.
