UX Designer

- Collaborate closely with requirements engineering, product management, and software development teams to gather and communicate stakeholder needs.
- Work with international project teams and cross-functional matrix organizations to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Create high‑ and low‑fidelity interaction designs and validate them with stakeholders.
- Solve complex design problems, evaluate and iterate design variants, and develop detailed, implementation-ready design solutions.
- Extend and maintain high‑fidelity design systems and product‑specific UI guidelines, contributing to company‑wide UX/UI standards through participation in MT Design Guideline committees.
- Design visual UI elements such as icons, graphics, and interface skins.
- Guide software development teams during the implementation of new features to ensure design quality and consistency.
- Completed degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Media Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in UI design within a product development environment.
- Proficient in creating interaction and visual designs using design systems and prototyping tools such as Figma. Experience in developing scalable design systems and guidelines is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with software UI libraries and component-based design.
- Skilled in detailed visual design using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to work independently and engage effectively in project teams.
- Experience working on connected products and understanding user behavior in this context is highly valued.
- Motivated, responsible, analytical, and structured approach to tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
- Good English skills are required; German skills are a plus.
