Team Lead and Transformation Specialist
Location Nänikon, Canton of Zurich, Switzerland Date posted May 29, 2026 Job ID 22010- Coordinate the team's daily activities (workload distribution, priority setting, and escalation handling) to consistently meet quality and SLA expectations.
- Maintain performance visibility through simple, consistent reporting (KPIs, trend signals, exceptions) that supports decisions rather than creating overhead.
- Own development plans for team members: structured feedback, targeted upskilling, and growth conversations.
- Act as the operational interface with internal customers and upstream/downstream stakeholders (commercial, planning, customer service, finance).
- Transformation & continuous improvement.
- Map and document tasks across workflows, standardize processes and create repeatable. operating procedures that reduce variability, error rates, and onboarding time.
- Run bottleneck analyses; propose practical ways to eliminate, simplify, or automate low-value activities.
- Contribute to change initiatives with both analytical rigor and hands-on implementation — from problem framing through go-live and stabilization.
- Partner with the Department Head on the future operating model: team structure, activity scope, role design, and capability building.
- Identify candidates for automation (RPA, workflow tooling, AI-augmented tasks) and work with IT/digital partners to bring them to life.
- You bring several years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or shared services operations, with at least 5 years of work experience in leading or coordinating a team.
- You have hands-on SAP experience in order management and fulfillment (SD/MM modules).
- Ideally you have knowledge in Power automate (M365), powerapps (M365), UIPath and Jira and you have collaborated with global IT teams, translated business needs into user stories, managed change requests, and drove solutions in a dynamic, global setting.
- You have strong execution discipline, and you can comfort with ambiguity (you make progress without constant direction).
- You are an analytical mindset, you are a clear communicator with operational resilience, and you are ambitious for results.
- You are proficient in English; German is a plus.
