Senior Product Manager
Location Nänikon, Canton of Zurich Date posted March 17, 2025 Job ID 18893- You collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and external partners, to drive product success.
- You conduct market research and drive Voice-of-Customer initiatives to validate product-market fit and refine the value proposition.
- You develop and implement comprehensive product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets while managing risks and issues proactively.
- You facilitate regular product meetings and maintain clear communication among stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
- You monitor product performance metrics and deliver regular status updates to senior management.
- You drive product positioning and messaging, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- You foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by gathering insights and feedback from customers and market trends.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or relevant Master’s in Life Science fields) is preferred.
- You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management in the life sciences or related fields, preferably with a focus on instrument development
- You possess strong leadership and strategic thinking skills to motivate cross-functional teams and develop product strategies that align with market needs.
- You have a solid technical acumen in life science instruments, combined with exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities to present information clearly and navigate challenges effectively within a matrix organization.
- You demonstrate flexibility and collaboration, working effectively with external partners and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- We require professional communication skills in English, German is an advantage
- Willingness to travel about 15-20%
