Product Manager for Metrology Solutions
Location Nänikon, Canton of Zurich Date posted April 03, 2025 Job ID 18900- You take end-to-end responsibility for the assigned portfolio of balances, software, and accessories for metrology applications, such as weight calibration and pipette calibration.
- You identify strategic growth opportunities based on market, workflow, and application knowledge.
- You develop the solution strategy accordingly and ensure continuous improvements.
- You actively promote solutions at sales organizations and to customers using a value selling approach.
- You define related sales and marketing tools for effective execution and successful portfolio promotion.
- You plan and execute sales trainings, events, and market introductions to drive a robust Go-To-Market strategy.
- You work in conjunction with business area managers and the sales force to ensure two-way communication between product management and market organizations.
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, natural science or related field
- You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of product management experience with technically complex products in an international environment, ideally within a global matrix organization.
- You possess strong technical ability and a willingness to dive into technical details when necessary.
- You have a strong customer focus combined with an analytical approach and commercial acumen.
- You have a good sense for business opportunities and maintain a proactive attitude.
- You demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills in English, and proficiency in German is a big plus.
- You can network and communicate effectively with sales organizations and customers through your excellent interpersonal skills.
- You exhibit strong organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and the capability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to travel worldwide up to 15%
