Product Manager Laboratory Balances
Location Nänikon, Canton of Zurich, Switzerland Date posted July 08, 2025 Job ID 19835- You take full ownership of one of our Excellence laboratory balance portfolios, driving its success and innovation.
- You actively promote solutions at market organizations using a value selling approach.
- You define related sales and marketing tools for an effective execution and successful portfolio promotion.
- You plan and execute sales trainings, events, and market introductions to drive a robust Go-To-Market.
- You work in conjunction with business area managers and sales force to ensure seamless two-way communication between product management and market organizations.
- You identify strategic growth opportunities based on segment, workflow, and application knowledge.
- You develop the solution strategy accordingly, ensuring continuous improvements and staying ahead of market trends.
- You create compelling business cases and value propositions for new solutions and lead product development projects in close collaboration with R&D.
- You have a background in Science, Engineering or a related field (e.g. University/FH degree in Chemistry), ideally with laboratory experience
- You possess a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience (e.g. product manager with marketing experience) within an international environment, ideally in a global matrix organization
- You have the ability to network and communicate effectively through excellent interpersonal skills
- You have a strong customer focus combined with analytical approach, proactive execution, and commercial acumen to recognize business opportunities
- You have strong organizational and strategic skills, prioritization abilities, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English, German is a big plus
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 15%
