Product Manager – Digital Services 100% (all genders)
Location Nänikon, Canton of Zurich, Switzerland Date posted December 05, 2025 Job ID 20921- Define and shape the digital service offering based on market needs, customer insights and strategic priorities.
- Identify and prioritize high value use cases, ensuring commercial viability and relevance for global customers.
- Translate customer requirements into precise user stories and technical specifications for R&D teams.
- Evaluate early concepts, prototypes and exploratory ideas, integrating structured customer feedback.
- Design, plan and execute targeted pilot projects to validate digital service concepts in real customer environments.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, Operations and market organizations to ensure feasibility, scalability and business fit.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, manage backlog priorities and align releases with strategic business objectives.
- Monitor product performance, customer satisfaction and adoption, driving continuous improvement and coordinating go to market activities.
- Minimum of five years of experience in digital business, product management or a comparable field.
- Proven track record in developing and launching digital products or services end to end.
- Strong understanding of customer centric product development, lean startup principles and agile methodologies.
- Ability to act as an effective interface between customers, R&D and business stakeholders.
- Solid technical understanding in areas such as connectivity, IoT, data-based applications or algorithmic concepts.
- Strong strategic and conceptual abilities, with experience translating diverse inputs into clear recommendations.
- Experience with product metrics, experimentation methods, pilot evaluation or A/B testing.
- Proficiency with digital platforms, integrations and tools such as Jira, Confluence or analytics environments; fluency in Englisch, German is a plus.
