Marketing Specialist-Graphic Designer

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Responsible for designing and creating print and digital media in the Product Inspection Marketing department for the US, collaborating with stakeholders to create newsletters and email campaigns, manage incoming marketing project requests and maintain Marketing portal (extranet). The person in this role will have a dotted line reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager for the Demonstration Bus program. What you will do
  • Design all types of MarCom materials in print and digital applications. Deliverables include large-scale trade show graphics, brochures, advertisements, outdoor banners, flyers, social share images, email signature banners, customer invitations, etc. for internal and external use and in support of the Demonstration Bus program.
  • Update and create new survey forms in Formsite® for Bus program
  • Gather information and create monthly e-newsletter; maintain library and content list
  • Create local email campaigns
  • Create website landing pages for US and Latin America as needed for specific campaigns, events, and Bus program
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to have videos created, including storyboarding. Identify existing footage and identify when new content is required
  • Maintain permissions and all content on extranet (Marketing portal) to include current bus and event schedules, image library, how-to educational videos, monthly newsletter, PR, and other Marketing material and sales tools
  • Maintain Marketing SharePoint with all collateral, design items, videos, and images 
  • Ensure US content on Sales Enablement Tool (Klyck) is current
  • Maintain and monitor Marketing Project Request site
  • Maintain content on monitors in Marketing area and lobby
  • Be company champion of corporate branding policies; ensure branding guidelines are adhered to on all external and internal communications for Division
  • Log PR captures monthly
  • Other duties as assigned
What You Need to Succeed
  • BA or BS Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or similar
  • 10+ years of experience graphic design
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Expert level experience and competency with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Premier competency a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects simultaneously and maintain schedules and meet deadlines
  • Excels at written and verbal communication and follow up with colleagues 
  • Ability to take direction from management and work autonomously and/or on a team
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager 
  • HTML knowledge
