As an HSE Officer, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to health and safety. Your main aim will be to develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies that align with the latest legislation. You will collaborate with management and employees to ensure these policies are actively applied throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Risk Management: Manage on-site and field risk assessments and method statements, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards and regularly reviewed.
  • Proactive Improvement: Lead and challenge operational management in implementing proactive Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) improvement activities, maintaining high standards across all operations
  • Culture Champion: Promote a positive safety culture and best practices by sharing innovative solutions and strategies between divisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with management to address corrective actions, implement improvements, and audit results.

What You Need to Succeed
  • Minimum NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent 
  • Minimum NEBOSH Certificate in Environmental Management or IEMA Foundation Environmental Management
  • Good Microsoft Office Knowledge (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Previous Health, Safety and Environmental experience 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics
  • Occasional travel around the UK and Ireland
