In this pivotal role, you will lead and develop our Industrial division, driving profitability and ensuring a strong market position. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a collaborative spirit, dedicated to pursuing our Industrial goals and targets in alignment with the METTLER TOLEDO group.

  • P&L Management: Strong track record of managing a Profit & Loss statement, with a history of sustaining and achieving financial goals while driving profitability.
  • People Development: A passion for mentoring and developing team members, helping individuals realize their true potential and fostering a culture of growth.
  • Cross-Company Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively across different business units and with internal business partners to achieve strategic objectives and enhance overall company performance.
