Location Giesen, Dolna Saksonia Data publikacji February 18, 2025 Identyfikator oferty 18732- Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop an international team of application engineers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career growth. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Project Management and Support: Facilitate the globally harmonized pre-sales and project management support strategy for the Transport & Logistics SBU to all organizations. Manage projects with global and regional customers and/or multiple country deployments. Conduct OPRI evaluations. Coordinate with T&L Product Support Specialists, Research & Development engineers, global product managers, and Market Organization project rollout activities.
- Customer Engagement and Requirements Understanding: Understand and convert customer requirements into the global T&L product portfolio. Support customer demo events and work with Market Organization to set up eDemos/tradeshows and customer visits.
- Sales Support and Training: Support technical sales training initiatives. Develop technical sales tools to improve Market Organizations' knowledge.
- Process Improvement and Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement in workflows and processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Education: Technical university degree or a similar technical education.
- Technical Qualifications: Experience in electrical and/or mechanical engineering and/or similar science. Application expertise, product technical details, and industry expertise.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose complex customer problems and propose effective solutions. Ability to draft/draw potential mechanical solutions for engineering.
- Project Management and Design Experience: Experience in system design and project management; sales experience is advantageous. Work in a global environment (multi-culture).
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is advantageous.
- Work Style: Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills. Sales-minded, practical, and hands-on mentality; team player but also assertive.
- Language Skills: Clear, concise written and verbal English is required. Spanish language skills are desirable.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for customer visits, project coordination, and collaboration with Market and Production Organizations.
