    Service Inside Sales

    Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
    Key Purpose of the Role: The Service Inside Sales is responsible for selling and promoting our service spare part to potential customers via phone, email, and/or other digital channels. They are also responsible for supporting the Field Service Sales Representatives in establishing relationships with predefined target accounts. The successful candidate has excellent communication skills, is able to build rapport with customers quickly, and meets or exceeds sales targets. To enhance service delivery, improve operational efficiency, and ultimately contribute to the organization's overall performance and competitiveness in the market.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Technical Support 
    • Responsible for Svc/Spare part quotation generation thru campaign run from service sales team and follow up to win order 
    • Provide support on enquiries related to service order. 
    • Schedule appointment for service sales team.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries and leads.
    • Build rapport and establish a relationship with customers through active listening and effective communication.
    • Effectively communicate the value of our services and answer customer questions and objections, utilizing our group tools such as SET.
    • Accurately record customer information and sales activity in the CRM system.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery excellence. Focus on the collaboration with Service Filed Sales Representative to help them penetrating their accounts.
    • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
    • Responsible to fill up customer - vendor form, code of conduct and form related matter.
    • Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development.
    • Assist on Customer Portal registration, renew and upkeep customer portal.
    What You Need to Succeed
    1. Competencies:
    • Good Interpersonal and Verbal/Written Communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
    • Team player with a positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
    • Self/Planning Management

    2. Mandatory:
    • Diploma or degree holder 
    • Fresh graduate/with 1 year experience
    • Self-starter with a proactive approach

    Preferred:

    • Prior knowledge in handling Salesforce/SAP CRM platform
    • Previous experience in inside sales role/ customer service/support role/ sales support role.
    • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
