Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As a Marketing Automation Specialist at METTLER TOLEDO, you will play a vital role in driving global marketing automation and personalization strategies and fostering agile project delivery. 
Your role involves developing and optimizing automation nurturing campaigns, and integrating new technologies. 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage METTLER TOLEDO's online marketing automation nurturing campaign and personalization strategy, including roadmap creation, performance reporting, and continuous improvement of campaigns and personalization measures. 
  • Continuously optimizing and scaling marketing automation processes across diverse markets and channels.
  • Define and implement new automation and personalization use cases and integrate online and offline marketing tools. 
  • Manage the inclusion of new channels into the marketing automation landscape. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, proactively create and run growth marketing experiments. 
  • Communicate and coordinate with teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project development and nurturing activities execution.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills inEnglish.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing automation; experience with Oracle Eloqua is a plus.
  • Strong technical aptitude, analytical mindset, and proactive approach to suggesting improvements.
  • Solid project management and organizational skills paired with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with diverse global teams through strong communication skills.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
  • CV selection – we contact selected candidates
  • Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
  • Initial interview with the Manager (video conference, approx. 1 hour)
  • A F2F meeting in Warsaw office, followed by a decision on candidate selection and the offer.
