We are looking for a Service Software Specialist & Project Coordinator to join our Service organization and play a key role in delivering software solutions and service projects across multiple business areas.

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering software implementation projects, supporting customers throughout the entire lifecycle, from planning and installation to commissioning, training, and ongoing support. Acting as the main technical point of contact, you will work closely with customers, service technicians, sales teams, planning functions, and product organizations to ensure successful deployments and an outstanding customer experience.

You are a structured and customer-oriented professional with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering successful projects. You have the ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with different stakeholders, and translate technical solutions into customer value.
