Service Software Specialist & Project Coordinator

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Do you enjoy combining technical expertise with project coordination and customer interaction? We are looking for a Service Software Specialist & Project Coordinator to join our Service organization and play a key role in delivering software solutions and service projects across multiple business areas.

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering software implementation projects, supporting customers throughout the entire lifecycle, from planning and installation to commissioning, training, and ongoing support. Acting as the main technical point of contact, you will work closely with customers, service technicians, sales teams, planning functions, and product organizations to ensure successful deployments and an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate software implementation projects, installations, and service activities.
  • Install, configure, test, and commission software solutions both remotely and on customer sites.
  • Act as the primary contact for software-related technical support and service issues.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure all technical, operational, and IT prerequisites are in place before project execution.
  • Coordinate software upgrades, updates, migrations, and incident resolution activities.
  • Support sales teams with technical expertise and customer-specific software requirements.
  • Deliver user training and provide guidance to customers and internal teams when required.
  • Maintain project documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery processes.
Who You Are
You are a structured and customer-oriented professional with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering successful projects. You have the ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with different stakeholders, and translate technical solutions into customer value.
What You Need to Succeed
Qualifications & Experience
  • Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Engineering, Software Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience with software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical support.
  • Strong understanding of IT environments and software deployment processes.
  • Experience coordinating projects, technical implementations, or customer installations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language.
  • Valid Category B driver's license.
  • Project management experience or certification is considered an advantage.
