Our international Lead Generation team is in contact with well-known customers from almost all industries (chemicals & raw materials, pharmaceuticals, food, FMCG, metal and electrical industry, transport & logistics, etc.) with the aim of identifying and qualifying sales opportunities.

Each Day Is Different – Our broad product portfolio, diverse customer base, and different marketing campaigns make the role varied. 

We are looking for a proactive and communicative professional to strengthen our team and lead the following initiatives:

• Conducting outbound calls with the aim of gaining the interest of our customers.
• Proactive lead generation as part of our marketing campaigns.
• Telephone presentation of new products.
• Sending materials and subsequent follow-up activities.
• Close cooperation with a wide variety of departments, including product sales and marketing.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
• Flexibility to work odd hours
• Strong attention to detail
• High energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Proficiency in web and electronic tools
• Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• CRM system experience
• SAP knowledge (a plus)
• Will be working following Central European Timing (1:00PM – 10:00 PM MYT)
• Fully working onsite in office
