Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Key Purpose of the Role: Responsible for managing the debts of a company, ensuring timely payments of company debts.

Strategic Outcome: Integral part of the team responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate finance function within a business.

Key Responsibilities

1) Credit Control:

Liaison person for new credit requests and assist on client credit checks.
Managing and collecting debts from company debtors.
Assist on cash application.
Managing the collection of all payments and debts.
Responding to client inquiries.
Assist on providing relevant documents for the invoices.
Liaising with customers and the sales team.
Taking care customer database – Statement of account (SOA) & special requirement from customer related to SOA
Liaison person and work closely with operation team on day-to-day billing duties

2) Administration:

Perform administrative tasks as required to meet the department’s needs

What You Need to Succeed

Competencies:

Good Interpersonal and Verbal/Written Communication
Ability to prioritise and control own workload
Willing to learn with positive attitude and customer-oriented
Team player with good communication and strong initiative
Knowledge on SAP will be added advantage
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office especially MS Office (particularly Excel)
Results-driven and patient
High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness

Technical Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:

Mandatory:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree preferable in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration and/or related/equivalent field
Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar position (fresh graduate are welcome)
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Words and Outlook
Proactive, take initiative and well organized
Efficient in solving problems, and working with diverse variables
