Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated Service Administration Specialist (all genders) to support our French-speaking unit. If you are detail-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional service, this is the perfect opportunity to join our team.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Process service orders and ensure the quality and completeness of reports submitted by technicians,
Manage invoicing for services, repairs, and installations, guaranteeing timely and accurate billing for customers,
Maintain and update customer data in the system based on information received from technicians or customers,
Oversee service contract management,
Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently,
Process customer complaints by reviewing invoice quality, verifying completeness of technician reports, checking the accuracy of issued documents, and issuing necessary corrections,
Ensure all relevant documents are electronically archived completely and promptly.

What You Need to Succeed

2 years' professional experience in similar positions,
Very good knowledge of French, English and Polish (min. B2),
Well-developed MS Office skills,
Quick perception and excellent attention to detail,
Focus on time frames,
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system (would be an asset).

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:

CV selection – we contact selected candidates
Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
Initial interview with the Manager or technical Expert (video conference, approx. 1 hour).
