Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Solutions Team focuses on delivering cutting-edge PLM templates and processes to enhance productivity, growth, and customer experience.

As a Senior Project Manager in our team, you will be responsible for:

Leading and managing the entire lifecycle of PLM projects, from initiation to full delivery, encompassing end-to-end process design, user testing, training, and organizational change management.
Conducting comprehensive requirement analysis for intricate cross-functional initiatives and carrying out detailed interviews with various business units and users.
Prioritizing requirements and driving the conceptual design of potential PLM solutions, with support from process experts across different functional areas.
Developing and presenting Business Cases for proposed PLM solutions, facilitating senior management in the "go vs. no-go" decision-making process for project investments.
Regularly reporting project progress, risks, and issues to the Steering Committee and/or senior management.
Acting as a process advisor and cross-process consultant for the business and the PLM product teams throughout the entire project delivery cycle.

What You Need to Succeed

Extensive project management experience (minimum of 3 years), preferably in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
Strong problem-solving skills in multi-stakeholder environments.
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills with a customer focus and networking abilities.
Analytical, organized, and effective at prioritizing tasks and solving problems.
Critical thinking, decision-making, and attention to detail.
Excellent English communication skills.
Project management certification (PMI, IPMA, Prince2, etc.) is a plus.
