Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Analyze service business and related data and processes using advanced analytics tools (e.g. SQL, Python, KNIME).
Create meaningful data visualization to support data analysis using advanced visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud).
Regularly collect and enrich installed base and other service data of the Market Organizations and support data quality improvement initiatives
Maintain high quality of data in the SQL database and ensure good performance of the database
Prepare specific datasets and queries
Optimize the Service Sales Force Guidance process and Service Sales activities in Market Organizations across the world
Identify areas of improvement and business development opportunities to grow the service business.

What You Need to Succeed

Educational background in IT / Business / Engineering or similar.
Fluency in written and spoken English (min. C1).
Excellent communication skills.
Basic knowledge of SQL or Python.
Basic knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud or KNIME.
Curious and open mind with an ability to work in a dynamic environment.
