Are you a proactive, customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting sales teams, and delivering excellent service? We're looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our field sales teams, generating opportunities, and helping drive business growth across our organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you'll work closely with Field Sales Representatives to increase sales efficiency and support revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email.
Generating and following up on quotations for low to medium value opportunities.
Qualifying leads and identifying potential sales opportunities.
Building relationships with existing customers and nurturing dormant accounts.
Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers and generating appointments for the field sales team.
Maintaining accurate customer information within the CRM system.
Managing sales pipeline activity and supporting opportunity follow-up.
Identifying cross-selling opportunities across the Mettler Toledo portfolio.
Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer queries effectively

What You Need to Succeed

Previous experience in customer service, sales support, telesales, or administration.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and working towards targets.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
