Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Are you a proactive, customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting sales teams, and delivering excellent service? We're looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our field sales teams, generating opportunities, and helping drive business growth across our organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with customers, and is motivated by achieving targets and making a measurable impact.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you'll work closely with Field Sales Representatives to increase sales efficiency and support revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Generating and following up on quotations for low to medium value opportunities.
  • Qualifying leads and identifying potential sales opportunities.
  • Building relationships with existing customers and nurturing dormant accounts.
  • Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers and generating appointments for the field sales team.
  • Maintaining accurate customer information within the CRM system.
  • Managing sales pipeline activity and supporting opportunity follow-up.
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities across the Mettler Toledo portfolio.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer queries effectively
What You Need to Succeed
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, telesales, or administration.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and working towards targets.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
