Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a UKI Payroll Specialist to join our HR Operations team. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits across our UK and Ireland units, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies.
Working as one of two payroll specialists, you will partner with HR, Finance, and business teams to deliver a high-quality payroll service, resolve payroll queries, and support continuous process improvements.
  • Process accurate and timely payroll for UK and Ireland employees
  • Review and audit new starters, leavers, and payroll changes
  • Manage pensions, auto-enrolment, and benefits administration
  • Validate overtime, bonus, and commission payments
  • Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and payroll legislation
  • Prepare payroll reports and data for internal stakeholders
  • Support payroll process improvements and system projects, including Workday implementation
  • Provide payroll guidance and support to employees and managers
What You Need to Succeed
  • Experience in a Payroll Specialist or similar role
  • Knowledge of UK payroll legislation (Irish payroll knowledge desirable)
  • Experience using payroll and HR systems
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills
  • CIPP qualification preferred or equivalent experience
