Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
We are on the lookout for a Sales Administration Specialist to join our Resolution Team and help us deliver exceptional customer service! 

If you prefer to work in the back office and have a sharp eye for detail, we want YOU to be a part of our growing team!

As our Sales Administration Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
  • Solving customer queries and providing support via email .
  • Creating and correcting invoices to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring the resolution status .
  • Creating quality notifications for our Logistics Team to ensure seamless operations .
  • Ensuring database integrity by correcting data stored in the SAP system.
  • Sorting out order-related queries and obstacles internally and externally.
  • Being part of the continuously improving society by identifying areas for process improvement and fulfilling improvement projects .



What You Need to Succeed
  • Fluency in English (min. C1 level) .
  • Very good MS Office skills (Word, Outlook).
  • Strong focus on details.
  • Customer-oriented attitude.
Nice to have:
  • First professional experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
