Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Supports business owners to ensure fast and efficient customer order fulfilment
  • Liaison between Regional Back Office, Sales teams
  • Unit specialist in Order Fulfillment process for SAM and SVC
  • Selected order processing and quote maintenance
  • Order resolution and management until billing
  • Return order management
  • Actively pursue continuous process improvement to the PO to STO process as well as ARMs process
What You Need to Succeed
Mandatory:
  • Diploma/Degree in a professional discipline
  • Prior experience in similar capacity or in customer service/support functions
Preferred:
  • Experienced with SAP
  • Good commercial or business process knowledge
