HRBP Manager

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of People and Performance strategic plans and initiatives that are aligned to Group HR/Company objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of operational frameworks based on these strategic plans and execute on these in collaboration with HR-SEA
  • Effectively manage existing/propose new HR policies and procedures which are consistent with the objectives of the organization.
  • Consult and advise Operational Managers on their HR related topics/issues.
  • Systematically assess unique situations faced by each Operational Manager and provide guidance on workable solutions from a HR/people management perspective.
  • Manage and assist with the transfer of internal employees from other units i.e. compensation structuring, work permit processing
  • Be the HR professional contact point for all people management issues to the Management team
  • Recommend strategies and lead initiatives to engage employees, foster team collaboration, retain talent and recognize and reward success in the region.
  • Review benchmarks and market data of salary bands for all key positions at regular intervals
  • Ensure current C&B framework is competitive and make suggestions for improvement
What You Need to Succeed
  • At least 8-10 years direct experience focused on HR generalist duties or Business Partner role in a multinational company.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology (or a related/equivalent field)
  • Working knowledge of Employment laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate, promote, and uphold HR initiatives and values, including discretion and confidentiality.
  • Able to interact proactively with management and staff at all levels of the organization in the resolution of HR issues.
  • Has good English and Mandarin language skills
  • Is able to independently analyze and resolve issues.
  • Is able to communicate and collaborate in international and cross-functional teams.
  • Passionate about HR and drives for pragmatic solutions.
