Sales Manager Laboratory Solutions (all genders)
Location Anywhere within Poland Date posted April 27, 2026 Job ID 21855- Lead, coach, and manage Laboratory Sales team in Poland, focused on acquiring and developing key accounts, maximizing lead conversion, and increasing sales opportunities.
- Oversee sales operations to provide technical and operational support to Field Sales Representatives and customers, ensuring smooth handling of inquiries, quotes, and orders.
- Utilize CRM and other sales tools to monitor team performance, sales targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes by providing feedback, training, and coaching to enhance team skills and efficiency.
- Plan, coordinate, and support field sales activities, ensuring they align with overall market strategies and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Back Office support, Technical Support, Service, and other cross-functional teams to optimize market penetration and customer experience.
- Work with internal departments such as Shared Business Center and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless business operations.
- Minimum of 10 years' proven experience in sales management, ideally within the laboratory or scientific equipment sector.
- At least 3 to 5 years of successful leadership experience, effectively managing and motivating diverse sales teams, or leading projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent command of Polish and English.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales performance monitoring tools.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
- Technical understanding of laboratory products and solutions is an advantage.
- Valid driving license and availability to travel across Poland.
