Senior Accountant (f/m/d)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant (f/m/d) to join our team, ensuring our tax compliance and reporting are of the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full responsibility for monthly VAT declarations and JPK filings,
  • Support the Chief Accountant with monthly CIT calculations and annual CIT returns,
  • Manage processes related to the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), JPK_CIT, and JPK_ST,
  • Assist in daily accounting operations and month-end/year-end closings,
  • Perform accounting tasks using SAP,
  • Ensure compliance with Polish tax laws and US GAAP reporting standards,
  • Support accounting processes across Poland and Central European countries (MEC),
  • Aid in preparing financial statements and tax declarations (CIT, WHT, TP, MDR, IFT-2R),
  • Prepare reports for the Central Statistical Office (GUS) and the National Bank of Poland (NBP),
  • Develop and update accounting procedures.

What You Need to Succeed
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Polish accounting, preferably in a managerial or independent position,
  • Strong knowledge of Polish tax regulations (VAT, CIT, Accounting Act)
  • Proficiency in SAP is preferred, 
  • Good command of Polish and English (written and spoken) for business communication
  • Higher education degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics,
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
  • CV selection – we contact selected candidates
  • Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
  • Initial interview with the Manager or technical Expert (video conference, approx. 1 hour)
  • F2F meeting at the office, video conference, or decision on the selection of the candidate and making an offer.
