Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As an Assistant in Accounting (f/m/d) you will be supporting AR Team in daily accounting duties and month-end closing activities of various reporting units.

Your responsibilities:
  • Contact customers regarding the settlement of overdue receivables in different languages,
  • Attaching emails in SAP
  • Checking if the customer’s orders have been released
  • Daily contact with the customers to clear their accounts and solve the problems
  • Processing emails on generic mailboxes
  • Daily contact with different business areas
What You Need to Succeed
  • Educational background in Accounting, Finance & Banking, Economics or related field (preferred),
  • Proficiency in English (min. C1),
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week,
  • Numerical and analytical skills and attention to details,
  • Very good planning and organizing skills to be able to meet tight deadlines,
  • Good communication skills.
This will be you extra asset:
  • Knowledge of SAP,
  • Other language e.g. French.
