- Organize, plan and guide ART daily activities, e.g. PI Planning, System Demo, I&A, etc., to ensure efficient and high-quality operation of ART activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to efficiently align the priorities and objectives of all tasks on the ART and ensure NPDI, MOL and pre-study meet the launch requirements of schedule, quality and cost.
- Introduce and drive agile tools and methodologies into team practices to continuously optimize value streams and deliver value on demand
- Explore the efficient collaboration of agile development and PLM process to effectively control the process risk of R&D activities
- Agile Organization Development(20%)
- In-depth understanding of business agility and SAFe methodology to help organizations transform to agile
- Deliver agile training to various roles within the organization, including management, development teams, testing teams, etc., to enhance overall agile awareness and skills.
- Enhance team collaboration, transparency, and self-organization through agile practices, continuously improving team performance
- Team Management(20%)
- Responsible for Scrum Master team capability upgrade and team member development
- Responsible for coordinating, managing and driving team's daily work to achieve team's business target
- Responsible for team's workflow optimization and efficiencies improvement
- Responsible for facilitating team's cross-team collaboration and influence setup
- Bachelor or above, Automation, Computer Science or similar education background.
- Proficient in product development and product lifecycle management processes with at least one of the Scrum master, RTE, SPC or PMP certifications
- Work experience and expertise in at least one of the mechanical, electronic, software or testing positions in the field of engineering research and development
- Familiarity with agile development tools (such as Jira, Confluence, Polarion) and agile metrics, with the ability to optimize agile practices through data-driven approaches
- Excellent leadership and influence, communication, cross-team collaboration and conflict management skills to motivate teams and drive change
- Good self-drive and result delivery capability
- Experience in participating in or leading an organization's agile transformation(plus)
- Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills as a working language
