Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
  • NPDI management in compliance with PLM (40%)
    • Responsible for mechanical design and development of new products, to ensure progress, quality and cost
    • Responsible for new structure design with 3D modeling tool and conducting FEA analysis 
    • Responsible for converting product market scenarios into product technical requirements, identifying non-functional requirements, and output design and test validation documents
    • Responsible for project milestone technical review and report with global team regularly
    • Responsible for NPDI launch based on good cooperation with marketing, supply chain, operation, and quality
  • Existing project MOL (20%)
    • Maintain the mechanical part of existing products
    • Continuously improve and optimize the quality and cost of live products
    • Daily technical support for PM, customer, and other departments
    • Be responsible for complete design output, quality control, design accuracy of ETO
  • Pre-study and technical development (20%) 
    • Responsible for the introduction of new technology, new processes, new methods 
    • Independently lead complex pre-study projects and identify innovation opportunities for products, such as fundamental structure analysis, dynamic filtering, digital compensation
    • Possess the capability to independently construct, set up demonstration platforms and test platforms
    • Conduct in-depth research on fundamental material properties and mechanical principles, and drive innovative application in industrial product development
    • Follow pre-study project management and output research report
  • Architecture Development (20%)
    • Responsible for NPDI architecture define and construction, expending the architecture to cover the entire product family in industrial application
    • Establish mathematical models for weighing scenarios by FEA and experiment, and build test systems to perform validation
    • Drive product innovation by strategically integrating solutions with industrial digital applications
    • Build up platform design, modular design, system engineering and reliability
    • Consolidate design documents and compose to R&D guideline
What You Need to Succeed
  • Education
    • Master degree or above, PhD preferred
    • Major in mechanical engineering or related, including complex equipment optimization, advanced manufacturing technology, material forming processes and technology, metal structure surface treatment, system modeling and simulation, etc.
  • Professional skill
    • Proficient in using 3D design and analysis software such as Creo, Ansys, Matlab, and CAD.
    • Proactive, strong learning ability, and willing to share; possessing good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
    • Possess systematic thinking, familiar with MBSE, able to consider problems from multiple perspectives. 
    • Enthusiastic about exploring product possibilities and able to find breakthroughs through self-learning. 
    • Willing to participate in in-depth technical discussions and share personal design insights with colleagues.
    • Good comprehensive English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, capable of daily communication with international teams.
