Join our dynamic Lab Division as a Field Sales Representative, where your passion for building strong customer relationships and driving business growth will thrive. 

In this role, you'll take the lead in developing new customer opportunities and expanding our presence in targeted growth segments, while nurturing existing partnerships. If you have a proactive mindset, enjoy working independently, and are motivated by delivering value-based sales solutions in a technical environment, this is the perfect opportunity to advance your sales career with us.

You will:
  • Be responsible for developing and driving sales in the assigned area/district, primarily targeting proactive growth in new customers in target growth segments
  • Be responsible for maintaining and growing business at our existing customers in the territory
  • Build trusting relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Conduct value-based sales to generate business value.
  • Plan customer visits and sales strategies independently
  • Collaborate with inside sales, TACs, technicians and customer support to support sales efforts.
  • Take the lead for Penetration accounts: initial contact, needs analysis, quoting, & quote follow-up.
  • Have customer communication through order management, delivery and invoicing enquiries.
  • Follow up on deliveries to maintain and develop customer relationships.
  • Report sales activities, generate cross lead and documentation in CRM systems.
  • Participate in follow-ups with direct reporting manager
What You Need to Succeed
  • Knowledge & interest in technology & technical solutions, combined with a natural aptitude for sales 
  • Experience with B2B sales, previous experience with CRM systems is advantageous 
  • A Scientific degree or experience working in a laboratory 
  • Proficiency in both Norwegian and English, spoken and written- change 
  • Strong interest in digital innovation/solutions 
  • A valid driver’s license (Cat B)

Additional information:
The position is full-time, starting with an initial 6-month probation period. Working hours and start date are agreed upon at hiring. The recruitment process includes occupational psychology tests via Alva Labs.
