Senior Product Manager - Network Retail

- Manage complex local and international projects from development to market introduction.
- Proactively facilitate requirement clarifications and manage project risks.
- Prioritize and implement product strategies, roadmaps, and regional pricing.
- Conduct opportunity analysis to capitalize on growth initiatives.
- Provide robust support to METTLER TOLEDO Marketing Organizations in developing sales tools and materials.
- Craft and implement targeted marketing strategies to enhance product visibility.
- Oversee and manage product launch activities, including logistics and training.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders, engineering, procurement, and quality teams.
- Influence product competitiveness through effective business development strategies.
- Lead and mentor junior product managers, fostering their development and growth.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Master’s Degree (MBA or relevant field) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management or related role.
- Proven track record managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Strong analytical abilities and business sense for enhanced decision-making.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing market data to inform product development.
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of retail tech industry dynamics is a plus
- Must be willing to travel. This role requires 15-20% travel both domestic and international.
