    Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
    Mettler Toledo is seeking to hire a Senior Product Manager to lead the growth and success of its network products across the Americas. As a Product Manager you will manage the full product lifecycle, will lead projects, gather customer insights, and develop marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and competitiveness.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
    • Drive significant product line growth and success across the Americas through strategic initiatives.
    • Manage complex local and international projects from development to market introduction.
    • Proactively facilitate requirement clarifications and manage project risks.
    • Prioritize and implement product strategies, roadmaps, and regional pricing.
    • Conduct opportunity analysis to capitalize on growth initiatives.
    • Provide robust support to METTLER TOLEDO Marketing Organizations in developing sales tools and materials.
    • Craft and implement targeted marketing strategies to enhance product visibility.
    • Oversee and manage product launch activities, including logistics and training.
    • Collaborate closely with business leaders, engineering, procurement, and quality teams.
    • Influence product competitiveness through effective business development strategies.
    • Lead and mentor junior product managers, fostering their development and growth. 

    What You Need to Succeed
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Master’s Degree (MBA or relevant field) is preferred.
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management or related role.
    • Proven track record managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
    • Strong analytical abilities and business sense for enhanced decision-making.
    • Experience in gathering and analyzing market data to inform product development.
    • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams.
    • Knowledge of retail tech industry dynamics is a plus
    • Must be willing to travel. This role requires 15-20% travel both domestic and international.
