SCM & Order Management Manager (m/f/d)
Location Warsaw, Mazovia, Poland Date posted February 04, 2026 Job ID 21149- Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end supply chain strategies covering procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution,
- Utilize SAP SCM-related modules to analyze and improve supply chain efficiency and responsiveness,
- Collaborate with suppliers, production teams, and logistics partners to ensure seamless supply chain operations,
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and perform data-driven analysis to identify risks and opportunities,
- Lead continuous improvement projects in supply chain processes,
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the Order Management team led by the Team Leader, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer satisfaction,
- Provide guidance and support to the Team Leader on complex order processing issues and escalations,
- Monitor order fulfillment performance metrics, ensuring timely and accurate order processing,
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and logistics departments to resolve order-related issues,
- Support process improvements in order management workflows using SAP and other tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field,
- Extensive experience in SCM with strong knowledge of SAP modules,
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to oversee a team and work cross-functionally,
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills,
- Ability to manage priorities between SCM responsibilities and order management oversight.
