Scrum Product Owner
Location Warsaw, Mazovia Date posted March 10, 2025 Job ID 18813- Creating, refining, and maintaining product backlogs in Azure DevOps, including user epics and user stories, while defining acceptance criteria and market-level requirements.
- Gathering and prioritizing market requirements to define the product vision, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
- Engaging with clients and market organizations to identify their needs and collaborating effectively.
- Driving continuous product development and innovation for existing and future software products (PC and mobile apps) focused on process analytical applications.
- Collaborating closely with the software development team, participating in sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning events, while working with UI/UX experts in Poland.
- Partnering with the Research & Development department to establish technical specifications for integrating new sensor technology into the software.
- Planning and facilitating workshops and requirements reviews to guide the development of new product generations.
- 3+ years of working experience in gathering and writing requirements.
- Experience in interviewing customers and stakeholders.
- Solid technical background, software application and product development skills as well as experience in agile development processes and tools (requirements, testing, quality, and development).
- Proficiency in English (min. C1.)
- Excellent communication skills and team-player attitude.
- Growth mindset.
- Great planning and organizing skills with a proactive approach.
- Conceptual and analytical thinking with an ability to make the right decisions.
- Experience in Scrum framework.
- Technical understanding in the area of sensor and measurement technology and / or an educational background in that area.
